Our marketing team is always ready to visit interested customers at their places to present and give more information about Masterkool systems. Video presentation will be shown to interested customer. Interested customer are also welcome at our office in Kolkata. Our sales staff will help clients to find answers to there questions about the system.
Incase customer becomes further interested in Masterkool systems, our technical team will make a site survey and prepare a layout plan of the system so that it becomes clear for the customer what/where the system components will be fixed.
Based upon the site survey, the customer will get to know how much the Masterkool outdoor cooling system will cost. A quotation will be attached to the system proposed layout plan showing the price of each components. Incase the customer agrees with the technical and financial offer, the system will be installed and the customer will be handed a warranty form.
